Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $119.99 to almost anywhere in Canada. We charge a flat rate of $14.99 on orders under $119.99.
In some cases, if shipping costs are unusually high, we may request a partial shipping fee.
Customers will be contacted if their address does not qualify for free shipping.
Please note that we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes
USA shipping is not available at this time.
All shipping fees are non-refundable
Returns & Exchanges
If your shoes are not working out for you:
Please email us at sales@paytonandbuckle.com with RETURN in the subject line.
We will confirm your purchase is eligible for return and contact you with return instructions.
Unworn merchandise, in perfect condition, with the original box and packaging must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Repack the parcel and attach the return label securely. IMPORTANT: your shoes must be packaged in original mail packaging for all returns.
Shipped items will be charged a restocking fee of $14.99.
Please include the original receipt in the box.
Returns are accepted at any of our in-store locations within the 14 days of delivery or when they have been confirmed at the store for in-store pick up. Shipped orders will still be subject to the restocking fee.
Exchanges at any of our in-store locations will not be charged the restocking fee.

Returns are accepted at any of our in-store locations within 14 days of pickup confirmation and will not be charged the restocking fee.Holiday Return Policy
We’re extending our return policy for the holiday season! Purchases made for Christmas can be returned up to two weeks after Christmas. To start a return, simply email us for a return number and make sure your items are mailed back to us by December 31 of this calendar year.
Exchanges on sale items: If you purchased a sale item and want to return it and the discount is 30% or less, please contact customer service for a return number. If you would like another size and our sale is over then the exchanged item will be at regular price.
In-Store Pickup: 50% ttems chosen for In-Store Pickup are not Final Sale and may be returned or exchanged according to our standard return policy.
Shipped Orders: 50% items that are shipped are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
